Shipping within Romania is free of charge.
For pre-orders, delivery is scheduled to take place at the end of April 2026. A prior confirmation email will be sent to you before the order is processed and finalized.
We also ship internationally. As shipping costs vary by destination, package size, and weight, we kindly ask that you contact us at office@merakihome.online for a personalized shipping quote. Once we confirm the details, we will provide a clear cost estimate and estimated delivery timeframe before proceeding.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, without a reason required. If you or your cat are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.*
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.**
We want to make things right—please email us with details of the issue (including photos to help expedite the process), and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. If you still wish to proceed with the return, simply let us know.
*To be eligible for return, the product must show no signs of use, scratching, fur, odors, stains, or any other indications that it has been used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used by cats.
Meraki Home reserves the right to deny refunds where deemed appropriate. If the returned product is damaged, repair costs may be charged or deducted from the refund amount.
**Please carefully repackage the product, preferably in its original packaging. Meraki Home is not responsible for the condition of the original packaging upon arrival. If the original packaging is unusable for return purposes, the customer is responsible for securing a suitable replacement box.
